Autumn leaves, camouflaged bicycle at the Varenne Metro stop near Les Invalides and the Musée Rodin.
For more shots taken this afternoon, visit Rues de Paradis.

The Musée Rodin is one of my favorite places in all of Paris. I spent many an afternoon reading in those gardens.

newsweek-paris-france:

Our new favorite coffee bar (not quite a café, certainly not a Starbucks) is Coutume at 47 rue Babylone, a short walk from Les Invalides or the Musée Rodin or Bon Marché (take your pick). These folks are deeply into the artistry of coffee making, as you can see from the bags and roasters in the back, and the way Kevin Ayers (late of Iowa City) is blowing life into this infernal machine. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and international. But Coutume, which opened just last March, is now so popular that you’d best call ahead to make reservations: +33 1 45 51 50 47.

Il faut trouver “Où est Charlie ?”

Have you guys heard about this post-it war going on just outside of France? There’s a whole tumblr dedicated to it, and it is awesome.

EDIT: The Tumblr is, in fact dedicated to post-it wars all over the place, but is still awesome.

About

Avatar The blog formerly known as Minty Fresh 2.0. Thoughts, quotes and tidbits that I find while traipsing about the intertubes. I tend to treat this as my internet scrapbook, so there's no telling what might show up. If you're new here, welcome! Make yourself at home, the bourbon's over there.
