You’re working hard this week; you deserve a cocktail. This aperitivi is inspired by Mark Schatzker’s trip to Milan.
Here’s how to make your own:
Negroni
1.5 oz. gin
1.5 oz. sweet vermouth
1.5 oz. Campari
Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass over ice; garnish with an orange peel.
Swap the gin for bourbon and this drink becomes my best friend. A summertime favorite.
